Project Summary
This project involved end-to-end export logistics for high-voltage power distribution panels destined for SK Leavero’s biodegradable plastic production facility currently under development in Hai Phong, Vietnam.The equipment, manufactured by a primary Korean supplier, required high packaging integrity and strict compliance with export standards due to its electrical nature and high value.
Scope of Logistics Execution
On-site industrial packaging tailored for electrical equipment: vibration- and moisture-resistant wrapping in compliance with international export standards
CFS operations, including professional wooden bracing, lashing & blocking, and document processing
FCL ocean freight and customs clearance, covering full-container shipping from Busan Port (KRPUS) to Hai Phong Port (VNHPH)
End-to-end schedule management and coordination with the consignee to ensure on-time delivery
This project demonstrated our integrated logistics capabilities—from export packaging through ocean freight—for high-value electrical equipment. By meeting critical delivery deadlines, responding to technical requirements, and maintaining seamless communication with overseas stakeholders, we successfully fulfilled all key demands of an international plant project.This achievement further reinforces our role as a trusted logistics partner in future global sustainable infrastructure initiatives.
