MERAM PROJECT is a port-side heavy cargo export packing and logistics execution project. Within the client’s schedule and on-site constraints (work flow, equipment mobilization, and safety standards), we managed the full scope—packing design, material configuration, on-site operations, and shipment readiness—to build a stable dispatch system aligned with vessel sailing and outbound delivery timelines.

Beyond simple packing work, we standardized the operational process based on an execution strategy from a field-operations perspective. Because even small deviations can become major risks for heavy cargo, we designed and executed a management framework that simultaneously meets Safety · Quality · Schedule requirements across every step.
