M15 Phase 1
Successfully managed the import and secure on-site delivery of ultra-low-temperature cold boxes for the construction of SK Hynix's M15 Phase 1 semiconductor plant in Cheongju. These critical components were sourced internationally and transported safely to the site for installation.
Project Overview This project involved the successful import and domestic transportation of cold boxes—core equipment for SK Hynix’s newly constructed M15 Phase 1 semiconductor production line in Cheongju, South Korea.
Cold boxes are high-precision units used to store and supply ultra-low-temperature refrigerant gases in semiconductor processes. Classified as heavy and oversized special equipment, they are highly sensitive to vibration, humidity, and temperature fluctuations during transport.
Scope of Work
International shipping from the overseas manufacturing site → Arrival at Korean port and customs clearance
Transfer to CFS and inland transport to the Cheongju M15 site via specialized trailers
Route planning, road access approvals, and assistance with unloading and positioning within designated zones
Throughout the project, we adhered strictly to the construction schedule and quality standards while ensuring seamless end-to-end execution across the global supply chain for these high-value assets.
This operation served as a critical foundation for future logistics expansion into M15 Phase 2 and M16 projects, showcasing our capabilities in handling specialized semiconductor equipment at scale.
