Project Summary This project involved the end-to-end logistics execution for the safe delivery of a large-scale cold box—manufactured overseas—to SK Hynix’s M14 Phase 2 semiconductor production facility in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province.
Cold boxes are mission-critical components used to store and supply ultra-low-temperature gases in semiconductor fabrication. As heavy, oversized, and high-precision equipment, they demand highly specialized logistics capabilities throughout the entire transport process.
Scope of Logistics Services
Ocean freight from the overseas manufacturing site → Arrival at domestic port and customs clearance
CFS transfer and inland transportation to the Icheon M14 site via specialized trailers
On-site delivery, including offloading and assistance with placement in the designated installation zone
Route planning, road assessments, and coordination with regulatory authorities for access control and safety
This project served as a key example of integrated logistics management—successfully bridging global supply chains with a high-security semiconductor site. It demonstrated our ability to ensure both on-time performance and transport integrity for high-value electronic process equipment, positioning us for future complex logistics operations in the semiconductor sector.
