Project Summary This project was part of a large-scale global export logistics initiative supporting the construction of the Ethylene Gas Processing Complex (ERGPC) in the Leningrad region of northwest Russia—a world-class petrochemical cluster designed to produce over 3 million tons of polyethylene annually.
My role focused on the end-to-end export logistics for spherical butane tanks engineered and manufactured in South Korea, serving as key components for the facility.
Scope of Responsibility:
Industrial-grade specialized packaging for heavy, high-risk cargo
Ocean transport to the Port of Mersin, Türkiye (POD: MERSIN)
Comprehensive handling of export customs clearance and CFS container stuffing
Despite the challenges of a multi-national contractual structure and strict hazardous goods handling requirements, I ensured full compliance with deadlines and quality standards—contributing to the seamless execution of a high-risk, high-value project in the global petrochemical sector.
